After realizing in my early 20s that I was living in state of anxiety daily, my life became an exploration of therapeutic/healing modalities. In the past ten years I've found touch and conscious breathing to be two major therapeutic tools for tapping into the truth that you are. My expertise in Reiki, Kundalini yoga, essential oils and gong fu tea hosts a space for you to feel nourished, honored and ultimately upleveled.  For those who'd like to go a bit deeper in their experience, Kundalini yoga may be incorporated. Through breath, mudra and mantra we will tune into your chosen focus: abundance, health, sexuality, mental/emotional balance, spiritual activation.
